Kimi Raikkonen has recently revealed in an interview that he once spent 16 days drunk between Grands Prix in 2013 whilst driving for Lotus!
Between the Bahrain and Spanish Grands Prix, Raikkonen spent over two weeks partying with memebers of his team.
The Finn did have reason to celebrate, after finishing in the top two at three of the first four races of the season, and his form was not affected by the partying, as he finished second in Barcelona when it was time to get back to work!
In an interview with Italian Motorsport.com about his new book, Raikkonen was asked about the 16 days of drunkenness, and what he remembers of it, to which he responded: "In fact, I couldn't (remember it). Most of the others had to remember me. We went around Europe and had fun, it wasn't the first time and it was normal for us.
"But there's nothing wrong with this thing. Where is the story not to tell? There is nothing wrong with it. It was almost normal and it often happened. The chapter of the book does not tell the only time I did such a thing, it amused me."
