The new Cadillac team has announced its driver lineup for its maiden Formula 1 campaign in 2026. Here how the internet reacted.
Today, it became official: Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez will be the 11th team's drivers in the 2026 season.
Both drivers return as full-time drivers, after they are not competing in 2025. Bottas is Mercedes' third driver this year, while the Mexican is having a gap year.
"Signing two very experienced racers like Bottas and Checo is a bold signal of intent," team principal Graeme Lowdon said in Cadillac's press release.
