Nico Hulkenberg has repeated what he did last year in Baku, which is messing up a golden chance to get a podium finish, but the German thinks that this kind of disappointment is part of F1.
The career of Hulkenberg consists of missed chances and bad luck, as he's the driver with the most ever F1-races who doesn't have a podium to his name. 141 races and still no podium, but that could've been different if he hadn't crashed his RS18 in Baku.
"We had a fantastic start," he told Crash.net.
"Unfortunately I lost the rear in turn four and that was it for me in this race.
"My rear tyres locked up and because of the wind, I couldn't save it.

"It's very painful, but that's the way it goes in F1."
Team principal Cyril Abiteboul isn't angry at his German employee, even though this is the second year in a row in Baku that Hulkenberg has thrown away a great chance to get a podium or at least some serious points for Renault.
"It was his only mistake of the year last year, and this year it coincidentally happened again here in Baku," Abiteboul said.
"We'll just have to forget about it and move on.
"Of course it's a pity he missed out on a chance this big, but that's the way it is."
