Horner suggests huge change to Monaco Grand Prix

Regarding the new addition of a mandatory two-stop rule, Horner said, "I'd say it was an improvement. It was strategically more interesting. There was more jeopardy to it. Certainly better than what we saw last year, where there was just a procession.”

When asked if he still thought thst changing the circuit layout was the way to go, Horner said, “it's the only way to really encourage any form of overtaking.”
