The 2025 Formula 1 season is over, but that does not mean everyone can immediately enjoy their holidays. Two tests are scheduled to take place on Tuesday at the Yas Marina Circuit.
The 2025 post-season consists of the Pirelli Tyre Test and the Young Driver Test two days after the season finale took place in Abu Dhabi.
The young drivers will use the 2025 cars, while mule cars designed to fit the 2026 compounds, which will be homologated on 15 December, will be in use during Pirelli's test.
After possibly a long night of celebrating his first F1 world title, Lando Norris will immediately be back in action on Tuesday, the Woking-based team confirmed to GPblog. His teammate, Oscar Piastri will also be in action, while IndyCar driver Pato O'Ward will participate in the Young Driver Test.
After his stunning late-season charge, Max Verstappen will not be in action on Tuesday, GPblog also learned. Isack Hadjar will drive for Red Bull Racing after his promotion from Racing Bulls.

Fernando Alonso also skips the test, as Stoffel Vandoorne will be in action for Aston Martin, the team shared.
