Lewis Hamilton will have to report to the Silverstone stewards after the British Grand Prix, which the seven-time world champion finished in third place behind George Russell and race winner Charles Leclerc.
The Briton will appear before the stewards at 17:00 local time over an alleged breach of Article B1.8.4 of the FIA Formula 1 Sporting Regulations. While the exact nature of the alleged infringement has not yet been disclosed, it appears to be related to a yellow flag infringement. It also remains unclear whether his podium finish could be at risk.
More to come soon.
