Full results qualifying GP Hungary: Hamilton pole, Verstappen P3

The first run during Q3 of qualifying proved decisive. Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time and Valtteri Bottas will start in second place. Max Verstappen will start from the third spot tomorrow and will be joined on the second row by teammate Sergio Perez.

The first row of the grid is for Mercedes, but tomorrow's race promises to be exciting. Red Bull will start on the soft tyres, while Mercedes will start on the medium tyres. So it could be interesting in terms of strategy. Verstappen was fastest in Q2, but due to grip problems, he was unable to repeat this in Q3.

Pierre Gasly had a strong qualifying and will start from P5 tomorrow. Also, Lando Norris is doing well again and Alpine even has both drivers in the top ten. The battle in the midfield promises to be exciting again.
