Max Verstappen claimed pole position for the Miami Grand Prix, with a lap time of 1:26.204. Lando Norris will complete the front row of the grid, while Kimi Antonelli rounded off the Top 3 in the state of Florida. Verstappen already led after the first set of laps in Q3, and managed to improve further on his second lap.
Oscar Piastri finished in P4, while George Russell was once again slower than his teammate Antonelli, and finished in P5.
After finishing on the podium after a great strategy call, Lewis Hamilton was eliminated early on. The seven-time world champion only finished in P12 in Q2.
