Force India in court over winding up order?

The financial status at Force India was described as "critical" yesterday by driver Sergio Perez. And now we can see why. The name Force India can be found on the list of UK companies facing winding-up petitions in London.
In the paddock at the Hungarian Grand Prix, the term circulating around is 'pre-pack administration'. This means that Force India are arranging the sale of the company to a purchaser before contacting an administrator.
Becuase of this, Force India can carry on as usual and will maintain the rights and benefits of the commercial agreements.
The court will then decide, and if it is agreed, a creditors meeting will be called to work out what to do with the company. With five potential bidders, including the rumour of Lawerence Stroll, the F1 team seems to be safe.
