Esteban Ocon is frustrated that he couldn't compete at all in Baku, especially since his teammate Sergio Perez did so incredibly well, but the young Frenchman thinks that his team can score some fat points in Barcelona again.
Ocon is convinced that his pace was very good in Baku, which made it all the more frustrating that he got in a collision with Kimi Raikkonen, ending his race.
"It was frustrating that I couldn't finish the race," Ocon admitted, "especially when you see that the pace was definitely there.
"It's a part of racing though, so I have to just look ahead."
The F1 travels to Spain next, which is music to Ocon's ears. He knows the circuit like no other and is right at home at the Circuit de Catalunya.
"It always feels like coming home, and besides Barcelona maybe is the circuit I know the best.
"Testing the car further is nice, of course, and it's also nice to have your own motorhome again.
Looking ahead to this weekend, Ocon is full of hope to continue the trend that Sergio Perez set in Baku.
"Last year we did very well here.
"This year we've taken a few steps again, so our main goal is to end well within the points," he concluded.
