This is the Simtek S951 of Domenico Schiattarella, Verstappen's teammate at the time. In 1995, Jos Verstappen temporarily switched from Benetton to Simtek, who also got the use of Benetton's gearbox.

This was a good thing for Simtek, because the team was in financial difficulties. The car proved to be anything but reliable, and Verstappen managed just one race before the team was disbanded after five races due to a million-dollar debt.
