After winning the Sprint Race in Monza, Joshua Dürksen also won the Formula 2 Feature Race at the Italian circuit. Rafael Camara finished second, while Noel Leon completed the podium.
In terms of the drivers' standings, Camara managed to close the gap to Nikola Tsolov after the Red Bull junior finished only seventh today. MP Motorsport's Gabriele Mini failed to score any points at his home Grand Prix.
| F2 Standings | Drivers | Points |
| P1 | Nikola Tsolov | 177 pts |
| P2 | Rafael Camara | 166 pts |
| P3 | Gabriele Mini | 147 pts |
As it happened
Starting from pole position, Ferrari talent Camara made a poor start and also locked up into Turn 1. After cutting the chicane, he had to concede the lead to his Invicta Racing teammate, Dürksen. After Lap 4, the two began trading positions at the front over multiple laps through Turn 1, until the Paraguayan pitted at the end of Lap 6.

Camara pitted on Lap 8 and returned to the track marginally behind his teammate, with Dunne applying pressure.
On Lap 12, the Safety Car was called onto the track after Colton Herta ended up in the gravel trap at the Parabolica. Dürksen did well on the restart to retain the lead, while Camara came under pressure from Dunne. After having to cut the Roggia chicane, the Irishman lost a position to Leon.
During the final laps, Camara once again tried to put Dürksen under pressure and claim victory. Entering the final lap, the Brazilian was close behind, but the Paraguayan crossed the finish line in first place.
