Following a weather-affected weekend in Las Vegas, Formula 1 continues its final stretch with a visit to the Lusail International Circuit for the Qatar Grand Prix. Here is the weather forecast for the race weekend. This year’s Qatar Grand Prix carries huge significance for the 2025 championship, as it is certain to play a major role in the title decider, especially following the post-race chaos in Las Vegas.
The 5.419 km circuit has often seen the Drivers’ Championship decided, with
Max Verstappen winning his 2023 crown at Lusail. However, while the circuit is synonymous with crowning
F1 champions, it is also known for its harsh heat and aggressive tyre wear, which often prove decisive for race execution.
