Max Verstappen won a rather bonkers Singapore Grand Prix where only 13 cars reached the chequered flag.
Having qualified on pole, the Red Bull driver was passed into Turn 1 by second-placed George Russell, while Lewis Hamilton jumped up to third.
However, before even completing the first lap, Russell touched the white paint at the exit of the final corner, spinning him around and into the pit wall.
With a retirement last time out in Malaysia, Russell's luck is a further boost to teammate Kimi Antonelli, who then had even more good news.
On the final lap, Lando Norris performed an ambitious overtake on teammate Oscar Piastri, spinning his fellow McLaren and himself.

Piastri was then out of the race, while Norris ended in eighth. As a result, Antonelli ended in fourth, putting yet another finger on the 2026 world championship trophy.
