F1 fans react to 'buried' Verstappen after Brazil GP Q1 exit

A filmmaker with a soft spot for Ronnie Peterson, Gilles Villeneuve, Mika Hakkinen and above all, Tazio Nuvolari and Ayrton Senna, is also a diehard Formula One fan since the age of 4 (mid-90's). F1 fans have reacted to Max Verstappen's Q1 exit at the Brazil GP qualifying session.

Since the on-track action ensued at Interlagos, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Verstappen was not happy with his RB21. This became evident during FP1, Sprint qualifying and the Sprint race, where the Dutch driver failed to mount an attack for the top places to further fuel his title bid. In qualifying, though, the RB21's issues flared.

With Verstappen unable to make it past P16, the clock kept ticking down and in the final moments, the reigning F1 champion drove his final push lap of the session and the day, as his efforts would not be enouch to demote Nico Hulkenberg's Sauber and thus earn his passage into Q2.
