At the end of the Japanese Grand Prix, George Russell saw an opportunity to overtake Oscar Piastri. In doing so, he just did not leave room for Piastri, forcing the Australian to go wide. For this incident, the duo will have to go to the stewards. Alexander Albon and Daniel Ricciardo also have to go to the stewards.
On the final lap of the Japanese Grand Prix, another incident took place between George Russell and Oscar Piastri. Russell divebombed towards Piastri, so to speak, which he said did not give him any space.
This incident has been noted at race control, and both men will have to report to the stewards for this. Therefore, it could be that Russell will receive a penalty for this.

Alexander Albon and Daniel Ricciardo also have to report to the stewards after the race. On the first lap, the two hit each other, causing them both to go off and unable to continue the race. Albon did not get space which caused him to end up on the grass, hitting Ricciardo's rear tyre, which could potentially result in a penalty as well.
