Felipe Massa hopes that Max Verstappen conquers the world title in 2021. The Brazilian thinks the Dutchman deserves it, but also thinks of his former teammate Michael Schumacher.
The Brazilian Grand Prix was won by Lewis Hamilton, bringing the gap to Verstappen in the world championship down to fourteen points. With three races to go it is very exciting. The former Formula 1 driver and rival of Hamilton hopes that Max wins the title.

Title for Verstappen

''He deserves it and it would be great to have a new world champion. Max would give everything for the win. Even if that means ending up in the gravel pit. He was always fast, but not mentally ready. Now he is much more mature and makes almost no mistakes. Max is a different driver now. He deserves it. Max is a born champion,'' says the Brazilian at Speedweek.
The former Ferrari driver has another interest in this title fight. His mentor holds the record of seven world titles and Massa would rather not see that broken. ''I would also like Schumi to remain record holder with his seven world titles,'' concludes eleven-time race winner.
