David Coulthard has predicted that Charles Leclerc will be fighting with Lewis Hamilton in the upcoming Formula 1 season. The young driver has moved to Ferrari and is expected to push the likes of Hamilton and Vettel during the course of the championship. Coulthard believes that Leclerc will push Vettel further and make it very hard for Hamilton to dominate like he has done in previous years.
The former Formula 1 driver believes that it could be an incredibly competitive season with a number of teams being in the mix come the end of the season.
"As far as Lewis is concerned, the pairing of Sebastian and Charles has a much more dangerous look to it, in my opinion, than that of Sebastian and Kimi."
Many believe that Kimi Raikkonen did little to push Vettel during his time at Ferrari and that he was happy to accept his role as a number two driver.
When speaking about Leclerc's chances this season Coulthard said, "He is young enough, enthusiastic enough and fast enough to be pushing Sebastian onwards, and that will keep not just Seb on his toes, but Lewis as well."

It is currently believed that Ferrari are the quickest team on the grid but they did have the quickest car last year as well and missed out on championship success. We will have to wait until this weekend to see which teams are quick.
