Brad Pitt's journey in F1 did not end with the movie's wrap, or with its premiere this Monday in New York City. The Hollywood star has now driven an F1 car at the Circuit of the Americas.
For the F1 movie he and co-star Damson Idris drove a combined total of 6,000 miles. Not in an F1 car, but in a modified F2 car instead.
In an interview given to GQ the Hollywood icon shed light on how significant the role was for him and the depth to which the experience nurtured him.

Pitt drives a full fledged F1 car

GPblog has been able to confirm that Pitt, aged 61, has been given a chance to drive the MCL60, McLaren's 2023 car that took Lando Norris to 7 podiums and his teammate Oscar Piastri to two top-three results.
McLaren junior Alex Dunne was the first to drive the car. He did so on Tuesday, whilst Pitt watched Lando Norris take over the car on the American track on Wednesday. On Thursday, it was Pitt's turn to man the wheel.
