Christian Horner has admitted he is "completely relaxed" over Max Verstappen's future at Red Bull Racing in 2020.
Verstappen is under contract with the Milton Keynes-based squad until the end of 2020, but there are thought to be performance clauses in the Dutchman's current contract, stating if Red Bull do not perform too well, then the 21-year-old can leave his current deal.
However, Red Bull and Verstappen have now won two out of the past three races, including Sunday's thriller in Germany. Horner is not at all concerned that Verstappen will leave Red Bull, though.
"I am completely relaxed about it," Horner said of Verstappen's future to Motorsport.com. "Max enjoys driving for this team and sees the progress we are making. We won two races and we were on the podium in a few other races.
"I'm pretty surprised that Ferrari was only fined for the moment in the pits (after Charles Leclerc's unsafe pit-lane release in Germany), as it was very similar to what happened in Monaco (when Verstappen did something similar with Valtteri Bottas in the pits). If we had only received a financial penalty at the time, Verstappen would have a podium place."
