Championship leader Kimi Antonelli is set to start the British Grand Prix from pole position, with the two Ferraris hoping to overtake the youngster off the line. Here is the starting grid for today's race at Silverstone.
Antonelli capped off a perfect Saturday at Silverstone by claiming pole position after winning the Sprint earlier in the day, extending his lead in the championship to 43 points over George Russell and 47 points over Lewis Hamilton.
Charles Leclerc will line up alongside the young Italian. The Ferrari driver had a more difficult Sprint Qualifying, but this time he finished ahead of his teammate. After claiming Sprint pole on Friday, Hamilton qualified only third.
Russell has also been on the back foot compared to Antonelli and qualified fourth after a Q1 scare, where he was nearly eliminated early on.
Isack Hadjar will be the lead Red Bull Racing driver on the grid, starting from fifth place. The Frenchman will share the third row with Lando Norris. Max Verstappen will start only seventh after a difficult Saturday, alongside Oscar Piastri. Racing Bulls duo Arvid Lindblad and Liam Lawson complete the top 10.

Grid penalty handed out after Qualifying

Pierre Gasly was handed a three-place grid penalty by the FIA stewards after Qualifying for impeding Lance Stroll in Q1, and will start from P15 on the grid this Sunday.
The Canadian also received new power unit components after the Sprint, exceeding the permitted allocation. As a result, despite finishing ahead of Fernando Alonso in Qualifying, he will have to start behind the former two-time world champion.
