A new development has occurred at Aston Martin, but it is something that is occurring away from the race track, as they release a "co-branded phone".
The British team have paired up with Chinese electronics manufacturer "realme", with the "first co-branded smartphone" released as they work in collaboration.
Currently, the Silverstone-based team sit P8 in the constructors' championship, with only 14 points to their name after eight races in 2025.
Lance Stroll has collected all 14 of those points, while Fernando Alonso is yet to get off the mark after misfortune has stricken at every race he's been in with a shot at the points.

Aston Martin collaborates in "innovative design"

However, away from the track, Aston Martin have decided to work with the Chinese electronics company in designing a phone branded with Aston Martin colours, along with the iconic emblem on the back of it.
The 'realme GT 7 Dream Edition' is the name of the phone that both parties have designed, and it will launch on May 27.
"It's a pleasure to welcome realme to the team, with the launch of our first-ever co-branded phone," said Matt Chapman, the Head of Licensing and Merchandise at Aston Martin. "The GT 7 Dream Edition combines high-performance with innovative design, and we look forward to working together on the collaboration of future models."
Together, the British team and realme will develop two annual models.
Sky Li, the CEO of realme, also spoke on this new partnership: "Collaborating with a legendary racing team like Aston Martin Aramco is a crucial step for us to push the boundaries of innovation. Only our most perfect products get the 'scarab wings' and take flight, so we are excited to use our new platform with the team to continue to bring stand-out designs and premium craftsmanship to users across the globe."
