Antonelli, Leclerc and Piastri reach a sobering conclusion about F1 cars

Piastri kicked things off with his conclusion about the new generation of F1 cars. "These cars can follow pretty close, still can't overtake," he said

Antonelli didn’t entirely agree. The Italian noted that in his experience the overtake mode did provide some extra opportunities.

Piastri pushed back. "I’m not so sure to be honest. When Lewis and George behind me, they didn't gain that much."

The three drivers then discussed their experience with the battery during the race. Leclerc said he was more satisfied than before, while Piastri, for the first time in a Formula 1 race, was able to use the different modes. "I finally see what you mean by mushroom (the power-up from Mario Kart)."

During the Grand Prix, the Ferraris touched when Leclerc overtook Hamilton. With that move, Leclerc secured third place, but he had a brief moment of doubt after passing his teammate. When a replay of the moment was shown, he said: "Oh my god. We touched there. I thought I had a puncture."

Finally, Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali stopped by the cooldown room. He congratulated the drivers who finished on the podium.
