After his successful test at the Nordschleife of the Nürburgring, Max Verstappen is back in action at the legendary circuit this weekend. However, it's not physically, but virtually. Verstappen is participating in the virtual 24 hours of the Nürburgring.
Verstappen is a big fan of the circuit in the German Eifel. It's no wonder that the Dutchman recently did a test under the alias Franz Hermann in a GT3 car. A YouTuber reported on how fast Verstappen made it around the circuit that stretches over 25 kilometres.

A lot of experience at the Nürburgring

That Verstappen was able to go full throttle at the Nürburgring immediately is thanks to the many hours of training he has spent on this track in the virtual world. This will surely come in handy as Verstappen participates in the virtual 24 hours of the Nürburgring this weekend.
This Friday marks the qualifying round, after which Verstappen and his team mates will start on Saturday for the race that - unsurprisingly - takes 24 hours.

Fans can ask Verstappen anything

Verstappen will not only race, he will also provide commentary as has become usual on everything and anything. This will all be viewable during a Twitch broadcast. Verstappen invites fans to send in their questions via Instagram, which he will answer during the long race.
