Whilst his participation in FP2
was ensured by Chief Trackside Officer Mike Krack, the way he felt during FP2 was important to assess how the rest of the weekend would unfold.
Following the FP2 session GPblog understands that the double world champion felt alright in the AMR25.
This means that Alonso can probably be seen driving the British green racing coloured car for the remainder of the weekend.
In fact,
the Spaniard was able to see the chequered flag in P5 behind teammate Lance Stroll, which indicates a strong outing may very well be in the cards for Aston Martin.
