After Red Bull, DRS problems for AlphaTauri as well: 'Solution for Canada'

Yuki Tsunoda was on his way to a good result in Azerbaijan, but a problem with his rear wing forced him to come in. For the Canadian Grand Prix, this problem should be solved.
Tsunoda is more comfortable this season than he was in 2021. The Japanese driver is close to his teammate in qualifying and races and it was no different in Azerbaijan. In the race, however, he had to go in a second time because part of his rear wing did not open. This earned him the 'Meatball flag' and forced him to the pits.

DRS problem solved

AlphaTauri repaired the wing with some tape during the race in Baku, but that will not be the solution for the Canadian GP. Tsunoda let it be known at Motorsport.com that the cause of the problem has been identified and the wing has been modified for the upcoming GP. So the problem will not occur again.
Tsunoda, while driving himself, had little idea that his DRS was only doing half of it. He did start sliding a bit more but thought this was due to wear and tear on his tires. That he had to go into the pits was therefore a surprise. Tsunoda was unable to use DRS for the rest of the race and was therefore out of contention for a return to the top ten.
