When the Formula 1 drivers were forced to sit at home at the beginning of the year, many of the youngsters in particular chose to spend that time on the simulator. The reporter from Motorsport-Magazin.com remembered a picture of Kimi Raikkonen playing Colin McRae Rally in military service and asked him if he would like to pick up the simulator again.

"If I'm honest I wouldn't have time for that," says Raikkonen. "I am always busy with normal things like the children and the family. If you start doing that, it takes a lot of time. I have better things to do than sitting in front of a simulator and playing games."

Raikkonen's son is playing games

Raikkonen is now 41 and according to him it is the reality that your activities change over the years. So the simulator takes too much time and he sees playing a racing game on the Playstation as something for children, although he admits it can be fun.

"When I was younger I used to play yes, there was nothing else to do. We have a Playstation, but we haven't used it for ten years. Robin [Raikkonen's son] wants one because my brother's children have one. He will probably use it, but I have other things to do than play. It's fun, but to a limited extent," says 'The Iceman'.
