Vettel: "I couldn't do much more than this today"

Sebastian Vettel had a very disappointing qualifying and was unable to get further than twelfth place. Once again, the four-time world champion starts in the midfield. Still, the German was not dissatisfied with his own lap.

"Well, I hope it is only for today," Vettel told Ziggo Sport when asked if this is the speed for the rest of the weekend. “But it's hard obviously. It's 12, it's not great."

"I have to be honest with myself. It felt like a clean lap. Only felt like halve a tenth in turn six and seventh. Not much more I could've done today. The gap to the cars ahead is big. But from what I had in my hands, this is all I could do," the Ferrari driver concludes.
