Next Sunday there will be another virtual Formula 1 race to follow and this time it will be the turn of the Monaco Grand Prix. With eight Formula 1 drivers at the start, the organisation has a record number of official F1 drivers at the start.

At the start of the Monaco Grand Prix, as was the case in previous races, Alexander Albon, Antonio Giovinazzi, George Russell, Nicholas Latifi, Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc. These six will however be joined by two debutants in Monaco: Valtteri Bottas and Esteban Ocon.

Big names at the start

Next to the eight Formula 1 drivers we also see some well-known names from other sports. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (footballer at Arsenal) makes his debut for the McLaren team and Real Madrid-keeper Thibaut Courtois is preparing for another race at Alfa Romeo. Red Bull Racing selected a new face who comes from its own ranks: Windsurfer Kai Lenny is a surfer under the flag of Red Bull.

With four different winners from five different races, the Monaco GP also promises to be an exciting edition, which as always can be followed live at GPblog. Sunday 17:00PM will see the start of the race for the Formula 1 drivers, with Formula 2 and the F1 Esports Pro Exhibition as supporting program.
