It's here! We've been building up to this moment for the last two weeks, but it's here! The 2019 Bahrain Grand Prix. Can Ferrari strike back or will Mercedes extend their lead?

2nd youngest pole sitter ever

Yesterday, Charles Leclerc became the second youngest pole sitter ever as he put his SF90 on top spot for Ferrari. The youngest still remains a certain Sebastian Vettel. What ever happened to him?

It will be interesting to see whether Ferrari will allow Leclerc to drive his car to his first career win, or if he'll have to swap places with Vettel at some point during the race. Vettel is still the number one at Ferrari, but do you take away the opportunity for Leclerc to grab his maiden win?

Mercedes to charge

We fully expect Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas to attack from the get-go. The two drivers start in P3 and P4 respectively, but they'll want to move up sooner rather than later.

Another interesting wrinkle could be how Bottas behaves compared to Hamilton. In Australia, the Finn had a lightning start and passed his colleague before the first corner and never looked back. Will we see this happen again or can Hamilton hold his ground this time?

Scrap in midfield

The midfield is looking more chaotic than ever, and we love it. Kevin Magnussen leads the way on the grid in P6 for Haas, but he'll have the McLaren of Carlos Sainz and the Alfa Romeo of Kimi Raikkonen breathing down his neck. With Daniel Ricciardo starting from P10 as well, you never know what could happen. Will we see a trademark race from the Honey Badger after his disappointing outing in Australia?
