FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem hospitalised after fall

Mohammed Ben Sulayem has been one of the most talked about people in the motorsport world this week. Yet he seems to be missing from the FIA Prize Giving Gala. He fell a few days ago and suffered a concussion. Ben Sulayem has been taken to hospital, an FIA spokesman informed.

The announcement from the motorsport federation is: "Several days ago the President (Mohammed Ben Sulayem) took ill and suffered a fall and concussion. He received care in hospital and will make a full recovery."

Lack of clarity on FIA gala

So, the FIA has not announced whether Ben Sulayem will miss the prize-giving ceremony in Baku later today. In recent days, the FIA has been in the news a lot because of the investigation into Toto and Susie Wolff. Meanwhile, this investigation has already been dropped.
