Red Bull Racing is enjoying a hugely impressive season in 2023. The team of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez has won all races so far, including the sprints. Often this also happened by a large margin over the competition. According to former driver Timo Glock, it is even close to perfection.

Red Bull class apart in 2023 F1 season

Red Bull has now set a run of 15 wins in a row, of which the last 14 were in the current season. The only race the Austrian team has lost in the past 25 races was the Brazilian Grand Prix, which was won by Mercedes ' George Russell, otherwise all other 24 races were won. With Verstappen's dominance in the RB19, there also seems to be no end to the series for now.

Glock stressed in his column for Sky Sports how clever what Red Bull is doing is. "Red Bull has an insane number of 15 consecutive wins. It is one of the best seasons a team can ever have. It's just almost perfection. It's flawless, there's really nothing we've seen Red Bull stumble over."

"Ferrari drivers go into battle"

At the end of the race, it was Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc who fought tremendously hard with each other. "Both said afterwards that they thought it was very cool to drive against each other like that and both indicated it was fun. Only when it goes wrong, Ferrari does come under huge fire. This time it went well and they gave the necessary respect and space. Kudos to Frederic Vasseur who gave permission to fight, in a fair way," Glock concluded.
