15 drivers are assured of a spot on the 2025 F1 grid. Max Verstappen even has a contract until 2028. Most drivers who have a contract for 2025 have a multi-year deal.

Of the remaining places, the most coveted is the seat at Mercedes. A replacement must be found for Lewis Hamilton. In addition, there is also a lot of talk about the seats at Stake (which will become Audi in 2026), and Alpine.
