Hulkenberg: Spa suits my driving style

Renault driver Nico Hulkenberg claims that Spa-Francorchamps "suits his driving style" and the German cannot wait for the summer break to finally be over!

Hulkenberg knows he has a big few months ahead of him, with Renault wanted to make the fourth spot their own in the constructors' championship.

It will be all change for Renault next season; but for the good, when Red Bull man Daniel Ricciardo links up with the French manufacturer following his announcement recently.

Hulkenberg may not be the number one man at Renault anymore but he is still a very confident driver and has claimed that the next track, Spa-Francorchamps "suits his driving style".

"Spa is one of my favourite circuits in F1 and one of those who always seem to succeed," Hulkenberg told F1Only.fr. "The route is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes in the heart of the forest and this can create some surprises, especially on the side of the weather.

"We are really stuck to the track in these extremely fast curves. This provides real chills and unique sensations. Everyone is talking about the Raidillon, but Pouhon and Blanchimont are also incredible and very fast. Spa really suits my driving style."

Confident words from the Hulk, who looks to improve on his last race, before the summer break - where Hulkenberg could only manage a twelfth placed finish for Renault.
