Haas might be going through a rough patch at the moment but Guenther Steiner has insisted the team aren't dead and that drivers are still interested in joining the team.
Haas are second bottom in the Constructors' Championship and have several controversies this season. On the track, Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen have clashed several times and it caused them both to retire at the British Grand Prix, whilst off the track they have the whole Rich Energy saga which appears to have cooled down in recent weeks.
The performance of their car is another reason for discontent at Haas but team principal Guenther Steiner has insisted "we are not dead" and drivers still want to race for the team.
"You always meet adversity in racing, but I think people see the hard work we put into finding solutions," Steiner told Ekstra Bladet newspaper.
"So people are still interested in driving for us because as a team we are not weak."

"Drivers still come and talk to us. We are not dead."
Steiner also vowed to fight through the adversity, adding: "We have had a number of challenges but we are a team that can grow even though we are going through a difficult period. Right now it's just talk, so we have to wait a little longer."
