Maximo Guiles recorded his worst result in 11 races at the Qatar Grand Prix, but still recorded a podium behind David Almansa.
The stat is a show of the Moto3 champion's sheer dominance this season, having not finished off the podium since the Italian Grand Prix back in May.
However, on this occasion he couldn't get the better of Spanish compatriot Almansa who he'll be competing against next year as the pair graduate to Moto2.
The result also means that Quiles misses out on a piece of history.
The 18-year-old was gunning for David Alonso's record of 14 wins in a season, but now won't be able to match it, with a record of 11 wins with two races to go.

Speaking after his fourth win of the season, Almansa said: “In the last laps, I managed the front tyres very well, especially during the first laps in the fast corners.
"And yes, nothing more. Thank you to my team for doing an amazing job this week, and to my family, friends and everyone else. Thank you.”
