Where does Lewis Hamilton live? Inside the Ferrari star mansion and property empire

Aside from the flashy cars and several of his mega-money acquisitions, Hamilton has invested several chunks of his earnings into properties worldwide. From owning a property in Kensington to a penthouse in Manhattan, and a mansion in West London, the former Mercedes driver has shown he values real estate a lot. But where does Hamilton live?

While Lewis Hamilton owns many properties, he primarily resides in Monaco. The 40-year-old lives in a reported £11 million mansion in Monte Carlo, near several other Formula 1 drivers, including Max Verstappen and teammate Charles Leclerc. Hamilton is believed to reside in the Fontvieille district of Monte Carlo — an area famous for housing some of the priciest properties.

Hamilton, like several other drivers, is believed to have largely chosen to live in scenic Monaco for several reasons, chief among them being the zero personal income tax the region offers.

Unlike many other countries across Europe, where taxes can soar above 40%, living in Monaco allows residents to keep nearly all of their earnings. It is also believed that the constant travelling that comes with being an F1 driver played a significant role in Hamilton’s decision, as the coastal country offers easy access to several team bases and headquarters.

Lewis Hamilton reportedly owns several properties across the globe, including an £18.2 million mansion in Kensington, London, and a £34 million Tribeca penthouse in New York. He is also said to own a three-bedroom apartment in Geneva and a scenic ranch in Colorado. Following his move to Scuderia Ferrari, the British driver also acquired a property in the Porta Nuova district of Milan.
