After a first half of the season in which he was undoubtedly one of the main protagonists, George Russell can now enjoy a well-deserved holiday, as he waits to get back behind the wheel at the end of August for the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort — the penultimate edition of the event.

The British driver will return from the summer break holding fourth place in the Drivers’ Championship, with one victory in Canada and an impressive six podiums in the 14 races so far.

His sights are now set on Max Verstappen, just 15 points ahead after Russell’s third place in Hungary last week, compared to only ninth for the four-time world champion.

In the meantime, however, Russell has found a way to keep making headlines off the track as well, entertaining fans with his antics on social media.

The Brit, on holiday aboard his yacht with girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt and having chosen the sea as the destination for his vacation, was recently filmed by his partner in a video that quickly went viral on social media.

In the short clip shared on her Instagram stories, George can be seen speeding across the sea on an electric foil board, blowing a kiss from afar to his partner.

Following in the footsteps of Max Verstappen,George Russell has also purchased a yacht. The Brit now has a Pershing 6X at his disposal. Although the yacht is considerably smaller than Verstappen's, Russell certainly has no reason to complain.
