The unusual handling of a clearly unbalanced RB21 in Max Verstappen’s hands during the first two free practice sessions is sparking a lot of debate online. Let’s take a look at some of the best reactions from social media users to Verstappen's first two difficult outings in Silverstone.
As has become increasingly common lately, the Silverstone weekend got off to a rocky start for Max Verstappen and Red Bull. The four-time world champion finished only tenth in FP1, followed by a decent fifth place in the second practice session.
However, what stood out in both outings was the unsettled handling of an extremely understeering and poorly balanced RB21—a problem that clearly frustrated the Dutchman over the team radio.
The Dutchman, however, bounced back during the race simulations, putting in some fairly convincing long runs with a heavy fuel load on board.
