Officially: Albon and Red Bull retain fifth place after ruling FIA stewards

It was already known that Alexander Albon and Red Bull Racing had to go to the stewards after the Hungarian Grand Prix to clarify whether or not to blow dry the starting spot of the British Thai. The FIA stewards looked into the matter and decided not to take the fifth place away from Albon.
Jo Bauer, as technical director of the FIA, was investigating the incident, but after reviewing available video material, he and his colleagues came to the conclusion that Red Bull was not trying to create more grip on the asphalt.
