The Red Bull Ring in Austria is currently hosting the Styrian Grand Prix in MotoGP. That race was halted after just two laps due to a fire following a crash that left two burning motorcycles on the track.

Drama in MotoGP race with burning bikes on track

Dani Pedrosa crashed, after which Lorenzo Savadori ran over his bike and ruptured the fuel tank. The bike burst into flames, and spread across the track as the spilled fuel set fire.
It took the marshals half an hour to clear the debris and clean the fuel on track. Meanwhile, the race is back on track. Race direction was in a hurry to restart the race because rain is still expected, so the drama might not be over just yet.
