Is Raikkonen going to stop? "Driving in the back doesn't motivate him"

At the Finnish C more and recorded by Grandpx news Vilander tells that Raikkonen is less motivated because of the position he is driving on Sunday. "He has said several times that he wouldn't be driving in F1 if it wasn't very important for him. If he drove for points and he could compete in qualifying, Kimi would still be very motivated and would do his best to continue another season. But now it has to be judged from a slightly different perspective. Riding in the back of the field fighting with Russell and Latifi doesn't motivate him."

Makes his own choice

Vilander is convinced that Raikkonen will make an autonomous decision, which he will first discuss with his wife. "Kimi is a strange bird in F1. Usually drivers of Kimi's status wonder what the right solution is and what others think of it. Kimi doesn't think like that at all. He makes his own decision. The first person he consults is probably (his wife) Minttu."
