An unusual scene in the Czech Republic. A moving GP2 car was spotted on the motorway there last weekend. The car had the colours of a Ferrari F2004. The spectacle was captured by cameras of several car drivers who must not have believed their own eyes.
In the European Union, it is forbidden to take such racing cars onto public roads. The police have therefore started an investigation in the hope of tracing the driver. To date, however, this has not been successful.
Remarkably, the same GP2 car was also spotted on the motorway in 2019. Then too, despite investigation, no one was eventually apprehended either.
