British TV star Jeremy Clarkson has been diagnosed with cancer, he revealed on the latest episode of his show Clarkson's Farm.
Clarkson is best-known for hosting Top Gear together with Richard Hammond and James May, and led the series from 2002 until 2015. Multiple Formula 1 drivers, including Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Daniel Ricciardo, made appearances on the show, with clips featuring Clarkson still constantly circulating on social media today. The Briton also went to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone last year.
On the latest episode of his current show, Clarkson’s Farm, he shared his prostate cancer diagnosis. Ahead of the airing, Clarkson warned on social media that it would be a "difficult watch." It is not clear when the footage was filmed, but the series was shot across 2024 and 2025.

A portion of his prostate has been removed as part of his treatment, he explained. "I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy, and it is cancer, and it's aggressive, but it's really early."

He added: "The prostate, 10% of it is dead, the 10% where the cancer is." Clarkson later said: "I had the op, and just fingers crossed it's worked, we don't know yet."
The season concluded with Clarkson being filmed in a hospital bed. "We started season five with me in a hospital bed, and here we are at the end of season five and I'm back in the hospital bed.
"Some of the treatment's gone a bit awry, let's say, so I'm going to be here for a little while. I'm nil by mouth, I don't know what's going to happen. But if this is all successful. I'll see you for season six, and if it isn't, I wont. Take care everyone," the Briton concluded.
