FIA sends 'note' on rolling start; a hint or just a reminder?

What the FIA will decide, we will know within minutes. For now, it seems that in terms of conditions, it should be possible to 'just' do a standing start at Suzuka.

A rolling start would not be detrimental to Max Verstappen. The Red Bull Racing driver would be able to defend his first position relatively easily that way. Last week in Singapore, Verstappen had a dramatic start on intermediates and lost many positions.
