Liberty Media and the FIA are now presenting their plans for the 2021 season with F1 team bosses.
Plans surroundings engine rules and costs and other regulations are expected to be shown to the bosses.
Upon arrival, Haas team principal Guenther Steiner said: "I would like to hear that we have a budget cap, a little bit more equal distribution of money and the main thing being what they actually think for 2021 so we can make plans.
"Whatever they present, at least we have something we can work with.
"I think we they will do that and then we can see if we are happy with what we hear."
