Gabriel Bortoleto has retired from the Brazilian Grand Prix, and Lewis Hamilton suffered contact and damages to the nose of his car.
At the start of the race Hamilton got tapped from behind by Carlos Sainz's Williams, which caused him to lose control of his car momentarily, resulting in the seven-time world champion dropping places back behind his P13 original starting positions.
Gabriel Bortoleto, trying to get up alongside of Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll using the outside line, was pushed into the wall by the Canadian driver.
The resulting accident damaged the Brazilian front left suspension triggering his DNF.
Later on, trying to overtake Franco Colapinto, Hamilton put his car right in the Alpine's gearbox, and eventually crashing into it, which dettatched the front wing and left Hamilton running over it and incurring in severe downforce loss.

He has since entered the pits and repaired the damage.
