Piastri faces Monza grid penalty risk following impeding incident with furious Lawson

The FIA stewards have summoned McLaren's Oscar Piastri and Liam Lawson after Italian GP Qualifying, with the former alleged to have impeded the Kiwi at Turn 1 at Monza.
Lawson, who failed to make it out of Q2 following the incident, was furious with his team over where he emerged prior to his final run, telling his race engineer: "That's actually appalling! I can't believe how bad you just **** left me out to dry!"
While it will come as no consolation for Lawson, Piastri's P3 at Qualifying could be in jeopardy after appearing to get in the Red Bull driver's way at Turn 1 - with impeding during Qualifying at risk of incurring a three-place penalty for Sunday's race.
The FIA stewards confirmed that the incident between the McLaren and Red Bull driver will be investigated after a thrilling Qualifying which saw a shock Pole Position for Alpine's Pierre Gasly.
Both Piastri and Lawson have been since been summoned by the stewards following the Turn 1 incident after the alleged breach of Article B4.1.1 of the FIA F1 regulations.

Speaking on the incident post-Qualifying, Piastri said: "You know, he was coming out of pits, and, I mean, the speed difference. Yeah, the pits are so, so big here. So, I don't really know where where he came from. Yeah, need to review with the team."
