Lewis Hamilton will be investigated at the end of FP2 over an alleged impeding incident involving Liam Lawson on the long straight. The Racing Bulls driver was visibly frustrated by the incident and complained repeatedly over team radio.
The New Zealander approached at speed through the fastest section of the circuit, where speeds exceed 300 km/h, only to come dangerously close to a collision after a misunderstanding with the seven-time world champion, who failed to spot the car behind him in time.
"Oh my God, that is so f**king dangerous," Lawson exclaimed over the radio after the major scare.
