Giovinazzi and Russell crash on the way to the grid!

Antonio Giovinazzi does not seem to be able to take advantage of his best qualifying of the season. He crashed into the grid in wet conditions during his reconnaissance lap. He only lightly hit the wall, so it remains to be seen if he can make it to the grid.

Shortly after Giovinazzi's moment, George Russell also made a big mistake. When entering the pit lane, he has no grip at all and slides straight into the wall. With a broken front wing he continues on his way to the team. Giovinazzi is hoisted out of the gravel pit in the meantime.
